All purchases related to:
• Digital products
• Online coaching sessions
• Business automation tools
• Funnels, websites, or CRM setups
• Strategy calls
• Training programs
• are non-refundable once the payment has been completed.
Since these are digital services, intellectual resources, or time-based consulting, they cannot be returned, reversed, or “un-delivered,” and therefore no refunds will be issued.
Payments made for 1-to-1 consulting calls or strategy sessions are also non-refundable.
However:
✔ You may reschedule the call once
If required, you can reschedule the call before 12 hours of the scheduled time, using the reschedule link provided in your email.
✘ No rescheduling within 24 hours
If you miss the call or do not attend, the session is treated as consumed, and no refund or free rescheduling will be provided.
If you experience:
A duplicate charge
A technical billing error
A failed payment with amount deduction

If the customer:
• Attends only part of the program
• Does not use the tools
• Does not attend sessions
• Does not follow instructions
• Fails to complete onboarding
