• Allow others to access paid content using your login
• Modify or create derivative work based on our intellectual property
• Any violation may result in legal action and immediate removal from programs without refund.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information during booking or payment
• Attend calls on the scheduled time
• Follow communication guidelines
• Use the services ethically and legally
• Not misuse or spam our systems
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your access credentials.
• All payments made through Razorpay or any other mode must be complete and valid.
• By making a payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Prices may change anytime without prior notice.
• All paid consultations require full payment before confirmation.
• If you miss your scheduled consultation (No-Show), you must reschedule through the provided link.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to denial of future bookings.
We do not guarantee:
• Specific income
• Business growth outcomes
• Customer results
• Success of any suggested strategy
You understand that results depend on your actions, effort, skills, and market conditions
• Loss of business
• Loss of revenue
• Technical issues
• Third-party platform failures (Zoom, WhatsApp, Razorpay, etc.)
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use third-party apps such as Razorpay, WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Workspace, Pabbly, etc.
We are not responsible for:
• System errors
• Their policies
• Technical downtime
• Data handling practices

By using our services, you consent to receiving essential updates via:
• SMS
• Calls
All purchases and bookings are subject to our Refund Policy.
